Single Session One-on-One Coaching
This consists of single-session coaching that normally lasts for 60-90 mins. This is to help clients on specific topics that can bring about a whole lot of positive change in their lives.

These single sessions are useful in two big ways:
- You can work with me to find solutions related to specific areas.
- You can get a feel of how long-term coaching can be with me.
These are beneficial for anyone who doesn’t want to commit to a long-term program at this point but does want to address certain issues or learn to lead a more balanced life. A full coaching program is always more beneficial since it is holistically structured and is deep but if you cannot or do not want to invest in that, you can begin your self-discovery journey with single-session coaching programs.
