One-on-one coaching is a partnership that I build with my clients. My purpose, as a self-care and motivation coach, is to work with individuals who have lost themselves in the rut of life but know that they have a spark to become the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals.

The purpose of one-on-one Self-Care Coaching is to work closely with you to help you become self-aware, re-discover yourself, identify the gap areas in your life, challenge the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, set your goals, and work towards achieving those goals. Through self-care coaching, I encourage my clients to build that self-confidence where they learn to look ahead in life, open their minds & hearts, adopt a positive outlook, change their mindset, and learn to bring a balance in & between every aspect of life.
My coaching sessions are platforms for clients to think, talk, and express themselves freely where they are listened to without any judgment. Through our sessions, not only will you learn tools to help in all areas of your life, but also be able to build a mindset so you become more capable to handle what life throws at you. You’ll be able to achieve more than you thought possible.
By the end of your coaching, I aim to make you a self-dependent, clear, and confident individual who would know which battles to fight and how to fight them.
Coaching sessions are conducted online or on the phone to support the clients every step of the way.
Please, be informed that a life coach is not a therapist or a psychologist/psychiatrist and can not provide you therapy for your past traumas/experiences. A life coach can work with you in your today to help make your tomorrow better.
